To make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act, or for any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy or practices, please contact us at contact@otcupdates.com. We may verify the request by asking you to provide information that matches information we have on file about you. If you designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, we will additionally require verification that the person is authorized to act on your behalf.
Keeping Your Personal Information Secure. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
We do not Collect Information from Children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 on these services. In the event we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
